- Fix doors in the organization and change the locks if they are bad.
- Carry out carpentry works by fixing furniture.
- Repair electrical gadgets.
- Repair plumbing appliances.
- Repair mail box and replace when necessary.
- Carry out flooring works.
- Troubleshoot general problems.
- Repair and replace general hardware.
- Remove stains and paint when necessary.
- Attend to members of staff promptly when called upon
- Must Clock In and out at work shift (No clock in, You did not work! its that simple).
- Must keep GPS while on route, to the worksite and at the worksite.
- Be on time (Our Tents track, dispatching and arrival to the worksite).
- Keep good communication when out on a work order.
- Must wear Company Badge before entering the residents.
- Clean apprence required before entering the property.
- When you have made contact with a tent, Identify your self and specify the reason you where called out to their unit.
- Upon arriving to the work order description, sent a digital photo of the project immediately thru the app.
- All materials needed for the work order must be communicated with your office manager before proceeding with the work.
- All receipt should be uploaded to the portal (if given the option at check out)sent to Info.Miraclereconstruction@gmail.com.
- If you pass the estimated time given (ETG) please notify your office manger for approval .
- If a new project or additional work is needed once's you are on the worksite you must submit a new work order through the portal for approval to initiate the work.
- After a work order has been complete. 1)Upload finished digital photo directly thru the app. 2)Close out the work order.
- Once's the work order has been assigned you, the work order must be completed. A $35 fee will be charged and deducted if you cancel a work order.
