Your role will be to engage in all types of house repair work at the client’s home.
You are expected to behave in a very calm and composed manner while dealing with the client as you are dealing with them under the employment of Miracle Reconstruction.
Any damage caused to the property as a direct result of your misdemeanor will directly result in your termination.
So you are expected to behave with the clients in a dignified manner.
Do not leave any marketing material behind. You are completing work for
tenants, work provided by Miracle Reconstruction and partner you are dealing directly with the tenant not the customer!
Please be aware of our “missed appointment” fees. If you miss an appointment or
cancel a work order, you will be responsible for a $35 missed
work order fee. Oftentimes these tenants are taking off work to be home, so it’s
important that we meet these appointment times. If you communicate with us that you
are going to be late or need to reschedule, we will attend to accommodate . These fees typically occur when there is a no-call, no-show and recurring
issues.
